REFUND POLICY

Returning a Product
This is unfortunate.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The product MUST be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Beesanté must receive the return product within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for
either a refund or credit note. Refunds will only be processed if the request to return is made within
30 days from receipt of delivery.
To complete your return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact info@beesante.co.uk  with a receipt or proof of purchase (name and order
number). 
2. You MUST obtain proof of postage. Beesanté is not responsible for items lost or damaged in
the post. Items damaged due to insufficient/inadequte returns packaging will not be
refunded. The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping/postal costs.
Shipping/Postal costs are non-refundable.
3. Once received, the return is inspected, and we shall notify you by email. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Beesanté will only replace defective or damaged items. Should you wish to exchange it for the same
item, please us an email, info@beesante.co.uk , within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, including a
photograph of the damaged or faulty item. Beesanté will discuss a replacement or refund with you.
