Returning a Product
We regret that you’re considering a return. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
Eligibility for Return: Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. The product should be in a resalable condition.
Return Time Frame: Beesanté must receive the returned product within 30 days from the date of receipt to qualify for a refund or credit note. Return requests must be made within this 30-day period.
Steps for Returning a Product:
- Initiate the Return: Contact info@beesante.co.uk with your receipt or proof of purchase (including name and order number).
- Proof of Postage: Obtain proof of postage when returning the item. Beesanté is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns damaged due to insufficient or inadequate packaging will not be refunded. You are responsible for covering shipping/postal costs, which are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Notification: We will inspect the return upon receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Replacement of Defective Items: Beesanté will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at info@beesante.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, including a photograph of the damaged or faulty item. We will discuss a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
